• Check-in 4PM – Check out 9PM
• RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIRED
• $200.00 per week due at booking
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
• State and county tax of 11% will be added to the rents.
• Departure/cleaning fee: $107.00

The Departure/cleaning fee includes towels linens, toilet paper, hand soap and departure cleaning service.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION must be received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain refund. (A $50.00 Service Fee will be charged on all deposit refunds.)
