| Our management service is conveniently located
directly across the street from our condominium, making check-in
and check-out very fast and easy. |
- Minimum Stay is one week - check for last minute shorter stays
- 10% discount on stay of 4 weeks or more
- State and County tax of 11% will be added to rent
- Cleaning and supply fee of $100+tax will be added
- Deposit of $200 per week will be required at booking
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- 5% discount for repeat visitors
- Notice of Cancellation must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to obtain a refund. A $50 service fee will be charged.
